helpful staff excellent location gorgeous decor luggage storage
the staff helped book water taxis. they also helped with luggage and provided snacks for my train ride! the location was excellent for exploring. the decor is gorgeous! i was also able to store my luggage after checkout, a great convenience.
the room was a bit warm at night even with the window open, but it was manageable

The hotel's location was convenient! It allowed easy access to major attractions. The staff demonstrated excellent attentiveness and were helpful with directions. The provided breakfast offered a good start to the day. It included varied choices. I also found the room to be very clean.

amazing location helpful staff
The location was amazing. Everything was easily accessible from the small square where it stands. the staff were helpful, especially when they offered excellent restaurant suggestions. i appreciated that the room was cleaned daily and it felt very spacious. the breakfast provided a good range of options, i found it very convenient.
the noise from outside was noticeable, especially early in the morning, i could hear street activity. it sometimes disrupted sleep, a lighter sleeper might find it problematic.

Excellent Stay Close to Attractions
great location friendly staff
The location was superb. It was really close to key attractions like St Mark's Square. Friendly staff provided great directions and suggestions. Breakfast was a real treat. There was good variety, Italian delicacies, and Prosecco.
The room was very hot at night. I couldn't switch off the radiator even though it was winter. This made sleeping uncomfortable. The open windows likely caused the mosquito problem, which further disrupted our sleep.

the location was quite central, within walking distance to main attractions. the breakfast buffet had a good selection (especially the fresh pastries!).
